You can return the item within 30 days due to any reasons from the delivery date. The criteria must follow: Items are unwashed, unworn, unused, with tags and unaltered.
2.Who is responsible for the shipping fee when you have a return?
•If the return is due to the quality problem, customer make the return for free. •If the return is due to customer’s personal reason, then the customer should pay the shipping fee. How much the customer should pay is according to the actual fee when make the return.
3.How to make a return?
•Contact us by email email@example.com. indicating why you would like to make return. •Our customer service will make a response with in 24 hours during work day and within 48 hours during weekend. •If your return request is approved the customer service will give you the shipping label by email. •Print the return label and securely tape it on the outside of your return package. •Call the post office to arrange a collection or drop off at your nearest post office. Usually we will give you the shipping label of FedEx.
Refunds will be processed within 7 days after we receive your package.The refund will be issued to your original payment account. The shipping fee of return is non-refundable if you are responsible for the fee according the policy.
